Google Ads API Integration Privacy Policy

EraSoft Co., Ltd. (주식회사 시대소프트, the “Company”) uses the Google Ads API to manage advertising and compile performance for the Google Ads accounts it operates or has been entrusted to manage. This policy explains the information processed through that integration.

1. Information We Process

  • Google Ads account information: customer ID, account name, currency, time zone
  • Settings and status of campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, and assets, including budget and bidding settings
  • Aggregated ad performance: impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions (including totals by date, country, device, and search term)
  • Google OAuth authentication tokens and service account keys

We do not receive any information that identifies the individual users who viewed an ad, nor the email address or profile of a Google account.

2. Purpose of Use

The information is used only to manage campaigns in the Google Ads accounts the Company operates or has been entrusted to manage, and for the Company's internal analysis and reporting of advertising cost and performance.

3. Access Permissions

We request the Google Ads API scope (adwords). With it we read information from the Google Ads accounts the Company has access to, and we change campaign, budget, bidding, and keyword settings only when instructed by the Company's staff.

4. Storage and Protection

The information is stored over an encrypted connection (TLS) in an access-restricted database managed by the Company. Collected information is never disclosed externally, and only authorized personnel inside the Company can access it. If the integration is revoked or deletion is requested, the information is deleted within one year.

5. Provision to Third Parties

We do not provide or sell information received through Google APIs to third parties, and we do not use it for ad targeting.

6. Compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy

The Company's use of information received from Google APIs, and any transfer of it to other apps, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Revoking the Integration

You can withdraw access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
